Training sled dogs is a year-round affair for four-time Iditarod champion Jeff King. He is is recognized as the “Winningest Musher in the World.” His victories include not only the 1,049 mile Iditarod Sled Dog Race in 1993, 1996, 1998, and 2006, but also over two dozen first place finishes in races all across Alaska. Each summer we share the world’s finest sled dogs and puppies with visitors world wide at our location in Denali Park, Alaska.

We are a guided hiking company operating both inside and outside the park. We operate tours ranging in length from 3 hours to 12 hours with a focus on education about the Park's ecology, geology, history, and much more. We have a high standard for safety, requiring all of our guides to be certified Wilderness First Responders and to carry GPS and SOS devices on every hike. We also seek to give back, donating 5% of our net profits towards conservation in the areas we guide.

Tonglen Lake Lodge is located seven miles south of the main entrance to Denali National Park, away from the crowds and nestled in the surrounding mountains of the Alaska Range. The Alaskan-style luxury cabins feature modern amenities: a king size bed, queen futon, down comforters and Egyptian cotton sheets, in-floor bathroom heating, and a cast iron hearth. There are also private rooms available in the guest house. The main lodge has a café for guest meals, a beer and wine bar, and local artist gallery. There are weekly performances and speaker events, as well as an outdoor theatre and campfire circle.
